MEET THE BOARD
Our Board of Directors comprises community and medical leaders with expertise in various areas, including medicine, advocacy, education, finance, law, fund development, and business management. The Board meets monthly (and twice in person annually). It is responsible for taking care of the strategic and financial health of the organization on an ongoing basis. Board terms are two years for executive directors and three years for other members. Officers are elected annually.

MED. & SURGICAL TEAM
Responsible for implementing policies adopted by the medical team and all the other committees. This team delivers all our medical and surgical services besides performing other general managerial functions.
EDUCATION TEAM
This subgroup plans executes and manages the public education bit of our work. Their work technically involves engaging our clients and the general public on various global health subjects.
DENTAL
TEAM
This group comprises dentists and other management persons responsible for planning and running our dental missions and advises the general board on any and everything dental.
FINANCE
TEAM
Oversee and maintain the organization's financial budget. They ensure the organization complies with state and federal guidelines as a nonprofit organization while ensuring the organization's financial stability.
OPERATIONS & STRA.PLANNING
Responsible for the operational success of Amazing Grace Children’s Foundation Nonprofit, ensuring seamless team management and development, program delivery, and quality control and evaluation.
RESEARCH & DEV. TEAM
This team goes into communities and institutions to investigate an emerging situation for building and collecting data that would be used to plan for interventions.
BUSINESS DEV. TEAM
Responsible for communicating business development strategies with key internal stakeholders. Development plans for new market entry, existing market expansion, and resource management are created by this committee.
PUBLIC HEALTH & PARTNERSHIPS
This group works hand-in-hand with the education team to design public engagement programs and is also in charge of forming and maintaining collaborations with organizations of similar interest.
FUNDRAISING TEAM
Review all previous year's fundraising activities, including the annual appeal, and make recommendations for improvements for the new fiscal year. Analyze relationships with donors and develop strategies to cultivate or strengthen those relationships.
